Alright, let democracy reign. Motto with the most votes win.
Nobody talks so constantly about God as those who insist that there is no God.

Neither?

I think you need a better one overall.

voted - I think it was fairly clear that the "respect" referred to people, not to their positions.

I too don't like either one either, sorry. :-(

However, Scott's post got me thinking, so in the spirit of honesty, how about "Boldly moving forward, in a mostly friendly & circular fashion"? :-D

I like this one.
The question [Do you believe in God?] has a peculiar structure. If I say no, do I mean I'm convinced God doesn't exist, or do I mean I'm not convinced he does exist? Those are two very different questions. [Dr. Arroway]

Both are ok with me but I voted for the one we have just because I don't like the implication of change that something is wrong with the one we already have.

On the other hand, I can suggest an alternative also.

"Because there is much to learn in a discussion with those who think very differently than ourselves."

or same thing in the other format.

"A place to learn from a discusson with those who think very differently than ourselves."

Perhaps these lack what a good advertisement requires, but this expresses the value that I see in this forum anyway.

"Differences and Respect" predates the one we already have. It would be a change, but back to what it was. And, something is wrong with the current one. It sucks.

I like where you're going with yours, but it seems like you're headed back to "Where Differences and Respect Coexist" to me.

I prefer to stick with the "going" because that means you are striving for an ideal, but declaring yourself to be there already is not only pretensious but living in a fantasy land. Besides just because you are learning from a dialogue doesn't mean that you are learning what the other side is pushing.

A positive motto would not refer to being wrong, so I picked (A).

The podcast has been one that is remarkable in its level of mutual respect. I assume you hope that YouTube prompts a stream of viewers to download and listen to your back catalogue. You are less likely to kindle the curiosity of these newbies if your tag line spotlights moments of error.
Diversity is the offspring of Liberty. Nonetheless, frightened, mainstream ideologues treat diversity like a bastard stepchild, instead of like a welcome indicator of our overall well-being.

I think you guys should go with the truth:

"Please listen to our podcast or our wives will make us do more chores."

This site's only major flaw is that it takes itself too seriously so I offer more choices for your consideration:

"Waste your time with us."

"Life is too short. You can't heap scorn and derision on strangers when you're dead!"

"Join us when you need that break from fapping to internet porn. We're less harmful than a cigarette."

"Heaven's joy overflows whenever we ignore the important people in our lives and stare blankly at or listen attentively to a machine."

"Your mother would like it if you listened to our podcast. And you can't argue with Mom unless of course she's a member of this forum."
When the faithful dies so faithfully does his god. The silent angel or tarnished symbol now watches over the silent faith which once burned so brightly upon the earth and is and ever shall remain extinguished here beneath our feet.

How about this one:

"For years, we've hijacked your ears. Now we're coming for your eyes."

Well, it's not always a bad thing to go back to something. If you're trying to get somewhere and have gone too far, it's good to go back. If your watch is 15 minutes fast, it's good to set it back. If you're doing a math problem and get a wrong answer, it's good to go back to the last place where you were right. Sometimes going back is the right thing.

Ok you convinced me. I changed my vote.

I liked that one. I think one of the main values of forums like this is that we can speak our mind when the consequences of doing so in other venues causes us to just keep our mouth shut.
