Hey guys: sometimes members here express hardships in their lives. I'd like to create a way for those with the means and the desire, to help these folks out. Any interest in doing this? If so, I'm open to ideas.

Here's one idea: if you identify someone you'd like to make a donation to, send me an email. I will then contact that member via his/her forum email address, make sure contact can be properly established, and ask if they will accept donations from you. If they will, then I will forward their email address to you, and you can make a paypal donation via email.

I know this can open a can of worms because money is involved, but it would be totally voluntary. Maybe it's a dumb idea, but I'll put it out there and see what you guys think.
