What kind of music do you like? Personally, I'm a numetal head. I love Korn. Post what you love. Here's one I love:

This really belongs in the fellowship section. I did like the track you linked to. Last year I had a group of students who I was not getting on well with. The change in our relationship dated from the day they walked in to find me playing this

Not that The Ramones are without problems. For example this one simply and non-ironically glorifies child abuse.

I did like the track you put up. Couldn't hear the words much though if that matters.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of thing shall be well.

The guitar and drums intro is legit, totally dig it, not such a fan of the singer's style or lyrics though. I am curious though if you don't mind my asking, what do you think of Brian Welch's conversion?

But music?! I love music!!!!!!! But I can't just choose one, I have to at least split them up into moods.

If I'm in a reflective mood I haven't identified with song like this a while which I believe is about the Holy Spirit:

If I want to get pumped I've been playing this in my truck lately, the part starting at 1:40 is just leggggggggggit!!! :-)

If I want to sing along and feel semi good about it, :-), I've been listening to this lately

And I've had this on repeat at work lately - headphones on, head bobbing, and mouthing the words in my own little world, I think she's the best

So there's a sample of the songs I'm listening to right now. :-)

I know, that's why I focused it down to the present for me, it's too much otherwise.

Oh God, this is a cruel one. I'll go with a modified version Aaron's idea and give you some of what I'm listening to know and some of my all-time favorites.

First up, we've got The Lemonheads, with some lovely melancholic 90s rock--even in the upbeat songs lie hints of sadness.

Couldn't decide between the two, so here's another Lemonheads!

Next is The Promise Ring, another currently listening. I love the entire album, but I picked this song because it's the most independently listenable of all the tracks.

Here's an all-time favorite, The Smiths, who shouldn't need an introduction. I went with a deeper cut for this one so it'd be a song most haven't already heard.

Finally, another all-time favorite, Elliott Smith. This is one of his more popular songs, so if you know Elliott Smith, you probably know this song, but it's possibly the most general audience-friendly out of all his work, so I couldn't choose any other.

I, of course, love countless other musical artists, but no one wants the pages upon pages of songs I could post if I chose to be comprehensive.

Hey JR, I really like the first Lemonhead song, I just like that 90's sound and I can relate to to song :-). I also like Stop Playing Guitar, it agrees with me. Thanks for sharing!

It's interesting to see such a diverse taste in music here. Even though my tastes are very specific, as a musician I appreciate all well-formed musical composition.

@Aaron I appreciate your question, however, being that this is the CL, I will refrain from answering it.

Maybe better than the other way around though, huh? :-)
