No one seems to have answered my question as to what views Francis Collins holds that are alleged to be profoundly ant-scientific. I think that's a very strong claim for one leading scientist to make about another; far more significant than one scientist saying another is angry.

I meant to get back to these but other things took over and so much time has gone by it is hard to pick up. There was a certain element of Socratic irony going on here; I was not completely ignorant but was rather hoping Keep the Reason would explain the issues from his perspective and in his own word. The stuff in the third article was completely new to me and I found it fascinating because here the charge was no so much heresy as associating with known heretics. plus ça change . . .
